Lowell, MA (November 29, 2018) –The MassHire GLWB is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Davis, Assistant Superintendent at Greater Lowell Technical High School, to the board. Ms. Davis has twenty-five years of progressive experience in the field of education working with urban youth. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Special Education and a Bachelors’ degree in Biology with a minor in education from New York City University, Herbert H. Lehman College.
Ms. Davis began her career as a special education instructor and advocate for students with multiple disabilities in the Metropolitan New York area. In 1996, Ms. Davis accepted a position as an instructor at Greater Lowell Technical High School in the Special Education Department. In 2004, she became the Director of Special Education and in 2013 became the Assistant Superintendent/Principal.
