he Appointment of Jon DaSilva to the Board

Lowell, MA (August 1, 2019) –The MassHire GLWB is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon DaSilva to the board.  Mr. DaSilva is a Workforce Initiatives Operations Manager at CVS Health committed to helping people find meaningful careers through innovative partnerships and specialized training programs.  Jon is part of the CVS Health Workforce Initiatives team, a unique team of individuals whose purpose is to help people on their path to better health by cultivating innovative partnerships and programs that attract and equip diverse talent for dynamic and rewarding careers with CVS Health.

Mr. DaSilva has led efforts to develop award-winning pharmacy technician training and management training programs in colleges, high schools and community agencies throughout New Hampshire & Massachusetts. In addition to market responsibilities Mr. DaSilva spearheads CVS Health’s ACF partnership at a national level.

A strong advocate of diversity and inclusion, Mr. DaSilva is a native of Lowell  and an alumnus of Middlesex Community College and Greater Lowell Technical High School. He currently serves on several local and national advisory councils focused on creating sustainable pipelines of employment for individuals who are unemployed / underemployed, persons with disabilities and youth.
