The Northeast Massachusetts Regional Labor Force Blueprint has arrived. In conjunction with the Workforce Boards of Greater Lowell, Merrimack Valley, and North Shore, the blueprint provides a comprehensive plan that aligns with economic development, housing, transportation, training, and workforce initiatives.

MassHire Greater Lowell Workforce Board will use the blueprint to focus on integrated, data-driven initiatives and grant programs that align efforts across multiple industries. The blueprint provides actionable insights, helping to make informed decisions that support the region’s economy. It also presents a strategic plan to ensure sustainable employment growth and the region’s long-term needs.
