The MassHire Greater Lowell Workforce Board (MHGLWB) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select WIOA In-School and Out-of-School Youth Programs for Fiscal Year 2027.
These programs are funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Youth program. The selected provider(s) will be responsible for providing training and workforce development services for youth within the Greater Lowell Region.
